Las habitaciones estan muy bonitas y muy completas. Todo muy limpio y las instalaciones modernas y de gran nivel.
Areas for improvement:
Solicité factura y me dijeron que era directo con Booking, y en Booking me dicen que me tengo que contactar directamente con el hotel. Muy confuso.

El personal de recepción es especial este fue muy poco amable con diré de grandeza y creí q no se ubican q son trabajadores q sus deber es ser amable y cortés.

The location definitely, the building is not too bad. The staff is ok.
Areas for improvement:
The bathrooms are old, the shower doesn’t work properly the water super hot or cold that’s it. But the major problem are the mattress too old very inestable you can’t rest very well.
